Your Role: Client Account Manager

You'll be the

bridge between clients and our recruiter team

, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and account growth. This role also includes a

sales component

--you'll be responsible for acquiring

2-3 new clients each month

through outbound efforts and warm leads.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage multiple client accounts across industries Understand JDs, define hiring SLAs, and lead intake calls with clients Work with internal recruiters to ensure timely CV submissions and closures Maintain live trackers, weekly dashboards, and performance metrics Manage end-to-end client communication, feedback, and escalations Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates and documentation coordination Actively add

2-3 new clients per month

via outbound and referral-based BD Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing clients

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in client servicing or account management (preferably in staffing) Track record of client acquisition or sales performance in a target-driven role Excellent communication and client-handling skills Experience coordinating with recruiter teams on delivery Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS/CRM tools (Zoho Recruit, etc.) Self-motivated, process-oriented, and performance-driven
