Relationship manager for key identified clients across all areas of revenue cycle management services with a strong emphasis on establishing, maintaining, and building ongoing mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
Account Managers are also expected to be experienced in medical billing and revenue cycle management to provide strategic recommendations to clients around the best opportunities for ongoing partnership and incremental business.
This position will provide ongoing insights, feedback, and client updates for senior management on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
Strong leadership, relationship management, financial, and communication skills will be critical to the ongoing success in this position.
Weekly and monthly monitoring of client metrics as part of Practice Management
Hold RCM team accountable for meeting the weekly and monthly metrics of clients as well as internal SLAs to be determined for each client and take corrective action when minimums are not being met
Review and delivery of the State of the Practice report to client every month and Ownership of client issues until resolution
Monitor the quality of customer support responses and deliverables to clients
Adhere to compliance policies and processes for our clients and Ensure all client instructions are reviewed each month
Participate in provider audit review call and Participate in client status calls.
Provide month-end collections data and other relevant data along with the month-end reporting package to help with Invoicing the clients
Other duties may be assigned.
Required qualification:
Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline
Relevant experience in Client Management required.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in RCM business at an account management/ RCM Manager role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients.
Strong business communication skills, including the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Should have good knowledge in operations planning techniques and good execution capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple customers, projects, tasks, expectations simultaneously.
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, customer responsiveness, and thorough communication
Strong skills with MS Office suite specially with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
Willingness to work in US shifts - Night shifts is mandatory
Candidates with experience in AdvancedMD/ eCW will be given preference
Experience in Surgery/ ASC, Ortho and Ophthalmology billing and collections would be seen as an advantage
