Distinct Infotech Solutions is seeking a proactive and client-focused
Smart Client Account Executive
to manage customer relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to guarantee smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of IT/Software services.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Coordinate internally with operations, technical, and support teams to resolve issues.
Track client requirements, feedback, and ongoing project status.
Prepare and share regular updates, reports, and performance insights with clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and account expansion.
Manage client escalations efficiently and professionally.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or sales support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of IT/software services (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain positive relationships.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
