Key Responsibilities -Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding- Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and publishers for CPS/CPA-based campaigns.- Negotiate commission structures, promotional placements, and partnership terms.Affiliate Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to increase engagement and sales.- Provide affiliates with marketing materials, offers, and ongoing support.- Address affiliate inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Campaign Management & Optimization :- Monitor affiliate performance (traffic, conversions, ROI) to ensure campaign profitability.- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative updates, and promotional strategies.- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and analytics teams to maximize performance.Compliance & Quality Control :- Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines, compliance rules, and ethical marketing practices.- Regularly audit affiliate traffic sources to detect and prevent fraud.Reporting & Analysis :- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance KPIs (sales, revenue, ROI).- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for growth.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.- Strong knowledge of CPS/CPA/CPL models, affiliate networks, and tracking platforms.- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards, Excel).- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.- Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Have good prior connections with affiliates ; both domestic and international.Key Skills-- Affiliate & Publisher Management- Performance Marketing (CPS, CPA)- Negotiation & Partnership Development -Data Analysis & ROI Optimization- Campaign Reporting & Insights- Compliance & Fraud DetectionWhat We Offer -- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives/commissions.- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing digital marketing team.- Professional development and growth opportunities.- Dynamic, collaborative, and supportive work culture.
