Job Description

:

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of construction workers and sub-contractors.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans.
Conduct full-time site inspection to monitor progress and quality of work.
Implement and enforce quality and safety protocols as per client requirement.
Serve as a primary point of contact between project head and site teams.
Provide day-to-day updates on project status including issues, and delays to the project head.
Co-ordinate with various site agencies to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Address any defects or issues that arise during execution of work.
Able to prepare periodic client bills and get it certified.
Certification of sub-contractors bills.
Responsible for regular reporting of project status to project head alongwith issues.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients and vendors.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Added advantage of having background of earthwork activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,224.83 - ₹33,451.05 per month
