Job Description

We are looking for a Clerk to handle office and record-keeping work in our Co-operative Society. The person should be organized, responsible, and able to manage basic paperwork and data entry.

Key Duties:



Maintain member records and society files. Enter data and prepare simple reports. Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence. Help with daily office work and record keeping. Assist in accounting and bookkeeping work. Support audits and inspections when needed. Perform other office tasks as assigned.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel). Good typing and communication skills. Honest, punctual, and attentive to details. Experience in clerical or office work preferred (not mandatory).
