We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerk/Office Assistant to handle day-to-day clerical and administrative work in an educational institution. The candidate should be proficient in computer applications and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general clerical and office support duties
Maintain student, staff, and academic records in physical and digital formats
Prepare reports, letters, notices, and official documents using MS Word
Manage data entry, spreadsheets, and reports using MS Excel
Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management
Assist in admission, examination, scholarship, and fee-related documentation
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments
Handle email communication and basic correspondence
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of institutional records
Required Skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Word, and other office software
Basic knowledge of email handling and internet usage
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
