Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily clerical and office records accurately. Assist in

GST-related work

including

data entry, invoice checking, and return preparation support

. Enter

purchase, sales, cash, and bank details

in Tally / accounting software. Maintain

bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents

. Assist in

GST reconciliation and e-way bill data preparation

. Coordinate with

accounts team, vendors, and transporters

for documents. Handle

basic office correspondence, filing, and record management

. Support accounts team during

audits and monthly closing

.

Required Qualifications

Graduate / 12th Pass (Commerce preferred)

. Basic to working knowledge of

GST processes

. Familiarity with

Tally / accounting software

preferred.

Experience

1-3 years

of experience in clerical or accounts support roles. Prior exposure to

GST filing support

is mandatory.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of

GST, invoicing, and documentation

. Proficiency in

MS Excel and MS Office

. Good

accuracy, filing, and record-keeping skills

. Basic

communication and coordination abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Bhanpuri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
