Relevant Experience (Shortlisting Criteria)
Minimum
6 months of experience
in clearing & settlement, trade operations, or middle-office roles
Hands-on exposure to
equity settlement cycles (T+1 / T+2)
Experience working with
brokers, custodians, clearing corporations, or stock exchanges
Strong understanding of
reconciliations, settlement breaks, and exception handling
Exposure to
NSE / BSE settlement processes
preferred

Execute, monitor, and support settlement of
equity, ETF, and crypto trades
Coordinate with
exchanges, brokers, custodians, and internal teams
Perform daily
trade, position, and fund reconciliations
Monitor

and proactively resolve exceptions and breaks
Ensure adherence to
regulatory norms and NISM compliance
Maintain
accurate, audit-ready records, reports, and MIS
Support internal and external
audits and regulatory reporting
