Location: Jaipur, India
Role Description
The role will provide front to back exposure to trade life cycle of Fixed Income products, i.e. trade capture, trade support, Sales support, trade allocation, settlements, reconciliations, and interest claims.

Your key responsibilities

• Understanding the trade flow to review fails management risk and fails cost implications.
• Investigate the validity of the Claim rate and amount calculation.
• Demonstrate ability to investigate and resolve aged trade exceptions and partner with Clients/ Sales/ Trading to effectively resolve.
• Live Client/Trader/Sales interaction through call / hotline and mails.
• Ability to effectively engage with front office to ensure smooth Client trade claim processing.
• Identify and partner with MO teams to resolve aged Client Claims
• Interact with client custodians / back office / middle office to identify issues, challenges, disputes and take appropriate and corrective action to ensure accurate trade claim investigations.
• Demonstrate strong efficiency focus to reduce manual processing and improve STP.
• Strong articulation and management of Client queries
• Ensure strong TAT to review and address Client/ Sales/ Trading inquires on the trade Claim.
• Participate and contribute to tech projects including UAT's and new idea generation.
• Effectively execute internal reports to Sr. management
• Ensuring that all activities and exceptions are handled as per the market deadline and KPI benchmark standards.

Your skills and experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience trade support, settlements, fees, brokerage, claims, CSDR.
• Working knowledge of trade life cycle for Fixed Income / Securities products
• Flexible to work in EMEA / US shifts.
• Analytical skills: Problem solving Data analysis, Decision-making.
• Work management skills: Time and workload management, Self-starter, Planning, achievement Orientation, Productivity focus.
• Interpersonal skills: Ability to influence others, Purposeful communication, Flexibility, Active listening.
• Aptitude: Outcome focused, self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic, Professional approach to successfully interact with senior management/ colleagues/ peers
