What will you do:

Manage and oversee clearance and brokerage operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments. Provide administrative support for brokerage services, including documentation and record-keeping. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to clearance processes. Handle and manage the secure storage and movement of goods within the clearance cage. Ensure compliance with export control regulations and procedures. Assist customers with their clearance needs, providing information and support as required. Stay updated on and ensure adherence to clearance regulations and standards. Administer inbound and outbound clearance processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Perform general administrative tasks related to clearance operations. Provide responsive and effective customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Responsibilities:

Complete defined processes and procedures by deadlines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards. Identify and resolve anomalies using judgment based on rules and procedures. Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.

You will be a great fit if you:
