Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across the restaurant
Ensure all areas (kitchen, dining room, restrooms, storage, staff areas) are cleaned and sanitized properly
Train, guide, and monitor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
Create and manage cleaning schedules and task checklists
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, including inventory and reordering
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Address staff performance issues and provide feedback
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and tool
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
