Supervise and manage all cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant premises.
Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, storage areas, staff areas, and exterior premises as per company standards.
Prepare and manage daily cleaning schedules, duty rosters, and task assignments for housekeeping staff.
Monitor the proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and materials in compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of equipment.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
Control cleaning supplies inventory and coordinate with management for timely replenishment.
Ensure waste disposal is carried out correctly and in accordance with environmental and hygiene standards.
Handle staff performance, discipline, and attendance related to the cleaning team.
Coordinate with restaurant management, kitchen, and service teams to support smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety rules, and statutory regulations.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management as required for operational needs.
