Job Description

The Cleaning Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the cafe and kitchen areas. The role ensures a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for both staff and customers, complying with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Kitchen Area:

Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, equipment, sinks, and utensils. Mop and scrub kitchen floors daily to maintain hygiene standards. Wash, dry, and arrange dishes, trays, and cutlery properly. Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain segregation (wet/dry/food waste). Clean refrigerators, ovens, stoves, and other appliances as per schedule. Refill cleaning supplies (soap, sanitizer, paper towels, etc.) as needed. Follow hygiene and food safety protocols (as per FSSAI standards).

cafe Area:

Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, service counters, and floors regularly. Empty trash bins and replace liners frequently. Wipe and polish glass doors, windows, and display counters. Maintain cleanliness of the customer dining area and restrooms. Support cafe team in maintaining cleanliness during and after service hours. Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are properly stored after use.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
