Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising as required. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock is low. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are upheld at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
