Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitizing:

Cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, waiting areas, and other designated areas. Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and equipment. Changing bed linens and distributing clean towels and toiletries.

Waste Management:

Collecting and disposing of trash and medical waste. Following proper waste disposal procedures and infection control guidelines.

Supply Management:

Restocking supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.

Other Duties:

Reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate department. Adhering to safety precautions and protocols. Assisting with patient transport or other duties as needed. Participating in training and development programs.
Key Skills:

Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the hospital. Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. Ability to follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures. Strong communication skills for reporting issues and following instructions. Adherence to infection control protocols.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
