Regularly sweeping, mopping, and spot-cleaning spills in the kitchen area.
Waste disposal:
Emptying trash bins and removing food waste to designated areas in a sanitary manner.
Hygiene and safety:
Ensuring a high standard of kitchen hygiene and adhering to food safety, health, and fire safety regulations.
Floor Care:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sometimes wax floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
Surface Cleaning:
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and counters.
Restroom & Kitchen Maintenance:
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, as well as maintain the cleanliness of kitchens and break rooms.
Waste Removal:
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Supply Management:
Replenish cleaning supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Window & Mirror Cleaning:
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Equipment Maintenance:
Keep cleaning equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions.
Safety & Reporting:
Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary, and report any safety hazards or damages to management.
