Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery outlet while also assisting customers at the counter with sales and product display.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning & Housekeeping

Maintain cleanliness of the outlet including display area, counters, tables, and floor. Ensure proper sanitation of utensils, trays, and service areas. Dispose of waste properly and keep the dustbins clean. Maintain hygiene in wash areas and storage spaces. Assist in daily opening and closing cleaning routines.

2. Counter Sales & Customer Service

Greet customers politely and assist them in selecting products. Handle billing and cash/card payments accurately. Pack bakery items properly as per standard hygiene and presentation guidelines. Refill product displays and maintain an attractive counter presentation. Provide information about products, prices, and ongoing offers.

3. Support Functions

Assist outlet incharge in stock handling and daily inventory updates. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method for product display. Report low stock or expired items to the supervisor immediately. Maintain grooming standards and follow company uniform policy.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle cleaning materials safely. Honest, punctual, and disciplined. Prior experience in bakery/hotel/retail is preferred (not mandatory).

Work Schedule:

9 am To 7 pm. Weekly off as per schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
