Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and student progress reports accurately.
B. Classroom Management
Create a positive, safe, inclusive and disciplined learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour through constructive and encouraging methods.
Ensure effective utilization of teaching aids and resources.
C. Student Development
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support as needed.
Encourage students' participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Support the emotional and social well-being of learners.
D. Communication & Coordination
Maintain consistent communication with parents through meetings, diaries, emails, and phone calls when required.
Coordinate with subject teachers, co-teachers, grade coordinators, and administrative staff.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
E. Administrative Duties
Maintain attendance records and documentation as per school standards.
Ensure timely completion of syllabus, assessments, and reporting.
Contribute to school functions, celebrations, annual day, exhibitions, and other academic initiatives.
3. Qualifications & ExperienceFor Grades I-V
Bachelor's degree (preferably B.A./B.Sc.) with
B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.
