Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Classical Dance Teacher to join our institute. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Indian classical dance forms such as Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Odissi, or Kuchipudi. The teacher will be responsible for training students, choreographing performances, and promoting discipline, creativity, and appreciation for classical dance traditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular dance classes and practice sessions. Teach students dance techniques, postures, expressions, and rhythm. Prepare students for stage performances, competitions, and exams. Plan and choreograph classical dance routines. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning environment. Assist in organizing cultural programs and annual events. Track students' progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree or certification in Classical Dance from a recognized institution. Expertise in at least one classical dance form (e.g., Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Odissi, etc.). Strong teaching and communication skills. Ability to handle students of different age groups. Passionate about promoting Indian culture and performing arts.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or performance experience preferred.
