Key Responsibilities
- Monitor classrooms through CCTV cameras.
- Verify that classes are not left unattended.
- Conduct routine physical rounds of classrooms across the campus.
- Maintain accurate records of monitoring reports and submit to the Academic Administration.
- Immediately report incidents of absenteeism, or non-compliance.
- Assist in coordinating with the administration to resolve issues related to classroom attendance and discipline.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies regarding teaching hours and classroom utilization.
