Job Summary

We are looking for a

qualified and experienced Class 1 Boiler Operator

to operate and maintain boilers safely and efficiently in our factory. The candidate must hold a

valid Class 1 Boiler Operator Certificate

and ensure compliance with statutory safety standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Operate and monitor

Class 1 boilers

as per safety and operational guidelines. Ensure

safe start-up, shutdown, and continuous operation

of the boiler system. Maintain correct

pressure, temperature, and water levels

. Carry out routine

inspection, cleaning, and preventive maintenance

of boiler equipment. Identify faults, leaks, or abnormal conditions and report immediately to maintenance/management. Maintain

boiler logbooks, daily operation records, and safety checklists

. Ensure compliance with

Boiler Act, Factory Act, and safety regulations

. Coordinate with maintenance, production, and safety teams for smooth operations.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Valid

Class 1 Boiler Operator Certificate

(mandatory). Minimum

2-5 years of experience

operating industrial boilers (manufacturing background preferred). Knowledge of boiler safety systems, valves, pumps, and controls. Ability to read gauges, manuals, and technical instructions. Physically fit and willing to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of

safety practices and emergency procedures

. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Good discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
