Data Entry:
Inputting and updating data in college databases, including student information, course enrollments, and financial records.
Communication:
Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and the public.
Office Management:
Managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.
Document Processing:
Preparing and processing documents, such as forms, letters, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Filing and Archiving:
Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files for easy retrieval and access.
Customer Service:
Providing friendly and efficient service to students, faculty, and staff, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues.
Event Management:
Assisting with scheduling and organizing college events, such as orientation, graduation ceremonies, and academic conferences.
Financial Duties:
Assisting with accounts, payroll, bookkeeping, and banking duties, as required.
Other Duties:
Performing other tasks as assigned by supervisors, which may vary depending on the specific department or area of the college.
Having knowledge of MS office word like Excel and Word with good typing skills.
Education Qualification -
BCA/BBA (Any Graduation)
