Roles and Responsibility
Initiate, implement and continuously improve the enrollment process for different insurance products of various insurance companies.
Collaborate with internal teams, customer service and insurance liaison to ensure proper enrollment of policy and member information.
Train the team members for efficient enrolment function, lead and motivate.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service/corporate relations managers w r t enrollment process.
Ensure accurate and secure data entry of all enrollment information into the company's systems.
Ensure accurate configuration of benefits and mapped to members.
Ensure appropriate checks and audits at all stages of enrolment process for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with SoPs of various insurers
Track various insurer SLAs w r t enrolment process and ensure strict adherence.
Ensure that enrolment team is up to date w r t new products and policy features.
Address inquiries and clarify doubts regarding insurance coverage and enrollment processes to internal and external stake holders.
Generate regular reports on enrollment metrics, trends, and key performance indicators.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase enrollment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to enrollment, working closely with the relevant departments and clients to reach satisfactory solutions.
Bring in constant improvements in processes to meet stake holders expectations.
Regular interaction with IT team, giving feedback about the IT systems and inputs for better systems
Help IT with necessary inputs to work towards automation of processes.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
