Key Responsibilities of QC Staff for MACT Claims

QC staff in this domain are responsible for ensuring that all claim documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant legal and regulatory standards, such as the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, and various court rules.

Documentation Review:

Thoroughly checking all submitted documents, including the Detailed Accident Report (DAR), First Information Report (FIR), medical bills, proof of income, driving licenses, and vehicle registration certificates, for accuracy and completeness.

Compliance Verification:

Ensuring that the claims process adheres to internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements, mitigating fraud risks and improving claim integrity.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Supporting investigation managers by managing data, coordinating information, and preparing reports for submission to the MACT.

Liability and Assessment Confirmation:

Reviewing survey and investigation reports to confirm the cause of loss, establish liability (often relying on police reports and evidence to determine negligence), and ensure the claim is admissible under the policy terms.

Process Improvement:

Implementing best practices for claim methodologies to enhance accuracy and reduce processing time. Salary Rs.12000/- to Rs.15000/- Looking for female candidates from Trivandrum city only. Candidates must be fluent in English.
