Job Description

Claims & Quality



Coordinate with

suppliers and internal teams

to raise, follow up, and close

claims

related to shortages, damages, or quality issues. Maintain a

comprehensive record

of claims and credit notes for

audit, tracking, and reporting

purposes. Assist in

quality inspections

of received goods to ensure compliance with

company and regulatory standards

. Collaborate with the

Quality Assurance (QA)

team and suppliers to identify and resolve

non-conformance issues

. Support the development and implementation of

Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

to address and reduce recurring quality problems.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
