Job Summary

We are hiring a

CRM Executive - TPA (Male Candidates Only)

to assist ICICI Lombard's health insurance claim process. This role involves direct coordination with clients and TPA operations, claim support, and travel for in-person servicing at corporate locations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the on-site CRM representative for TPA-related health insurance claims. Address and resolve employee queries regarding policy coverage and health claim processes. Promote and guide the use of the claims submission app. Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for corporate clients. Collect, verify, and forward required documents for claim processing. Coordinate with ICICI Lombard's internal TPA/claims team for timely claim settlements. Maintain strict adherence to data privacy and health insurance compliance guidelines. Travel locally twice a week for branch visits and client interactions.

Candidate Requirements

Male candidates only

(due to on-site client visits and travel needs). Graduate in any stream. Minimum 2 years of experience in the

TPA or health insurance industry

. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Willing to travel within Mumbai or Delhi as assigned.
