Role Overview
We are hiring a CRM Helpdesk - Claim Processing Executive to support employees of corporate clients with health insurance claim-related queries and documentation. The role involves handling customer interactions, coordinating claims, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Act as CRM implant at the client location for claim support
Assist employees with claim submission, tracking, and policy-related queries
Drive usage of the claims mobile application and guide users on process steps
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for allocated corporate accounts
Handle inbound calls, emails, and escalations professionally
Collect, verify, and dispatch claim documents as per corporate/insurer requirements
Coordinate with ICICI Lombard internal claims teams for smooth cashless & priority processing
Follow health insurance policies, regulatory guidelines & data confidentiality norms
Travel between corporate branches twice a week for customer support
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in the health insurance industry (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of health claims and policy coverage
Excellent English communication skills--written & verbal
Good customer handling, coordination & documentation abilities
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Willingness to travel locally for client support
