The ADS Claim Process Associate III is a beginner to intermediate level resource tasked with creating new loss reports, indexing documents, auditing, and investigating and settling non-complex claims. Additionally, this individual will handle customer / shop inquiries regarding process, policies, next steps, and payment

Key Responsibilities



Contacts customers, shops, agreement holders, inspectors, vendors and others to secure necessary files information as needed and directed;

confirms facts and determine additional needed follow-upt
Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process Evaluates coverage, reviews damage, prepares estimates via discussions with shop, photos and field inspections, secure appropriate documents and

evaluates benefits, addresses rental bills, towing bills, paid bills, receipts, etc
Index documents and distribute as needed within specified standards Completes other tasks as directed by management

Education



4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience



0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities



This job does not have supervisory duties.
