Job Description

Key responsibilities

Process management:

Oversee the entire claims lifecycle, from intake to settlement, and ensure efficient and accurate processing.

Policy and procedure development:

Create and implement policies to improve claims processing efficiency and quality.

Claim evaluation:

Review and analyze claims to ensure they are valid and meet policy conditions.

Stakeholder communication:

Serve as a liaison between clients, legal teams, loss adjusters, and other parties.

Problem resolution:

Address and resolve issues and challenges that arise during the claims process.

Fraud investigation:

Investigate potentially fraudulent claims.

Reporting and analysis:

Analyze claims data to identify trends and prepare performance reports.

Financial management:

Monitor and manage claim costs and budgets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
