What are we looking for

Skillset: o Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. While a degree in finance, commerce, or business administration is an advantage, it is not mandatory. Experience in the UK Life and Pensions domain (Preferred, not mandatory) o Prior experience in the UK Life and Pensions domain is preferred o o Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements. o Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in both internal and external interactions. o Demonstrates excellent time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.


Roles and Responsibilities:

oMust have/ minimum requirement: o With 6+ years of experience in the UK Life, Pensions and Investment Services domain, with core expertise in Claims Processing. Candidates with equivalent experience in U.S. retirement services will also be considered. o Proven experience beyond BAU activities in roles such as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Domain Specialist, Trainer, or Quality Reviewer, preferably within the Life and Pensions insurance space. o Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools for daily operations, data validation, documentation, and reporting. o Review and assess insurance claims to evaluate eligibility, determine benefit entitlements, and ensure appropriate coverage decisions are made. o Identify and validate the appropriate payee or beneficiary for disbursement, ensuring timely and compliant payments. o Ensure all claims activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and local/international insurance regulations. o Respond to queries and requests from Business Partners and Client Support Teams with minimal turnaround time, maintaining high standards of service delivery. o Provide ongoing query resolution support, training sessions, and refresher programs to enhance team knowledge and consistency. o Regularly review and update job aids/process guides, ensuring documentation reflects the latest procedures and compliance changes. o Conduct periodic knowledge checks and gap analysis to identify training needs and implement corrective actions. o Take an active role in process improvement and automation initiatives, recommending changes that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. o Ensure full compliance with established Quality Control standards, consistently achieving required benchmarks.
