.Claims Processing & Documentation Management:
Document Movement Tracking: Monitor the inward and outward register to track the movement of documents between the organization, insurance companies, and TPAs.
Email Communication Oversight: Regularly review all claims-related email correspondence, ensuring that any delays in claims (due to either the client or the insurance company) are identified and resolved promptly.
Monitor pending cases older than 30 days (including denied, reopened, and pending documents) and take necessary actions.
Follow-Up System Management: Ensure adherence to a 3-reminder follow-up system for pending claim documentation from clients
