Key Responsibilities:
Handle
breakage, leakage, shortage, and expiry claims
from distributors, retailers, and depots
Coordinate with
sales team, warehouse, transporters, and accounts
for claim verification
Prepare and maintain
claim documentation, reports, and supporting evidence
Follow up for
credit notes, approvals, and settlements
with internal teams
Ensure claims are processed as per
company policy and timelines
Maintain proper records and MIS for all claims
Identify recurring issues and support in
process improvement
Assist in audit-related claim documentation when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation preferred
Minimum
1 year experience
in claims handling (Liquor/Wine/FMCG background preferred)
Knowledge of
stock movement, invoices, GRN, credit notes
Good coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of
Excel and ERP systems
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in
wine, liquor, or FMCG distribution industry
Ability to handle pressure and multiple claims simultaneously
Willing to coordinate with field and warehouse teams
