Candidate Requirements (IDE - Insurance Desk Expert)

Education / Qualification:

Any Diploma / Graduation / Under Graduation accepted.

Added advantage if candidate has worked in hospital / insurance industry or has 6 months - 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & interpersonal).

Listening & analytical skills.

Relationship building and ability to coordinate with patients, hospitals, and internal teams.

Problem-solving skills, enthusiasm for challenges.

Multitasking & prioritization skills.

Confidentiality & professionalism.

Role-Specific Abilities:

Patient handling (educating, following up, grievance handling).

Coordination with hospitals, patients, insurance/TPA teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
