Education / Qualification:
Any Diploma / Graduation / Under Graduation accepted.
Added advantage if candidate has worked in hospital / insurance industry or has 6 months - 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Relationship building and ability to coordinate with patients, hospitals, and internal teams.

Role-Specific Abilities:
Patient handling (educating, following up, grievance handling).
Coordination with hospitals, patients, insurance/TPA teams.
