Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and queries. Provide accurate information on products and services. Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain records. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:



Good communication in English & Malayalam. Basic computer knowledge. Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude.

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday
