We are looking for an experienced

Claim Surveyor

to handle insurance claim assessments, inspections, and reporting with accuracy and integrity. The candidate will be responsible for surveying claims, evaluating losses, and ensuring timely and compliant claim processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections and surveys for insurance claims Assess damages/losses and verify claim documents Prepare detailed survey and loss assessment reports Coordinate with insurers, clients, garages, and service providers Ensure claims are processed as per policy terms and conditions Identify fraudulent or suspicious claims and report findings Maintain proper documentation and records of all surveys Adhere to IRDAI regulations and company policies Support the claims team with technical inputs and clarifications

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claim procedures Experience in motor / non-motor claims (as applicable) Good analytical and reporting skills Ability to handle multiple claims efficiently Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in documentation and claim systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certification or license as a Claim Surveyor Experience working with insurance companies or brokers
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
