Role Overview
We are seeking a
Claim Processing Executive (CRM Helpdesk)
with prior experience in
health insurance operations
. The role is based at a
corporate client site
and involves direct interaction with employees to facilitate and resolve health insurance claim-related queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
on-site CRM representative
for claim-related support at the client's office.
Handle queries related to
policy coverage, claim status, and cashless/reimbursement procedures
.
Assist employees in
submitting, tracking, and escalating claims
through the designated claims platform.
Serve as the
Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
for the assigned corporate client.
Coordinate with
ICICI Lombard's internal claims teams
for quick and accurate claim resolution.
Manage the
collection, verification, and dispatch
of claim-related documents as per company protocols.
Ensure
compliance
with insurance guidelines and maintain confidentiality of all health data.
Visit client branches locally (twice a week) to resolve on-ground claim queries.
Requirements
Minimum
1 to 2 years of experience
in
health insurance claim processing or customer service
.
Any Graduate
.
Excellent
communication skills
in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to
travel locally
to client sites as required.
Basic understanding of
insurance claim workflows and CRM tools
preferred.
