We,re hiring Claim Processor Associates for Gurgaon location with below mentioned skill-set. Exp:- 0 to 2 yrs OR any Graduate Fresher :- *Handle claims related to disability management.
*Determining customer\xe2\x80\x99s disability coverage and verifying the information available in the system.
*Provide timely processing and adjudication of claims. *Recording and maintaining disability claims information in a database system.
*Abided by the laws and regulations associate with HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
*Audit other team member\'s claims as needed.
*Complying with federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
*Performing other clerical tasks, as required. Required Qualification:- *University Degree or equivalent that requires formal studies of English language and basic math.
*Ability to independently comprehend and communicate in English verbally and in writing.
*Typing speed >30 WPM with accuracy rate >95% *Good analytical ability to follow instructions, clearly defined guidelines.
*Should be able to identify urgency and prioritize work and adhere to timelines.
*Ability to read and understand process SOPs, documents and follow instructions.
*Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred, although not a mandate
*Ability to proactively identify process improvement ideas.
*Focus on quality standards.
