Key Responsibilities

Handle customer claim requests and maintain claim records. Coordinate with clients, agents, and insurers for documentation and claim updates. Verify claim details, supporting documents, and eligibility. Follow up on pending claims and ensure closure within defined timelines. Maintain data accuracy and compliance with company policies

Requirements & Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred). 0-2 years of experience in insurance, claims, or customer service. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. * Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel).
