This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure claims are handled in accordance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process claims accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to gather necessary documentation.
Analyze claims and determine the legitimacy based on policy coverage and internal guidelines.
Maintain records and documentation for all claims processed.
Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
Prepare and submit claim reports for management review.
Address customer inquiries regarding claim status and provide appropriate solutions.
Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate to management if needed.
Support the audit process by providing relevant claim documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in claims processing or a similar administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of claim management systems (preferred but not mandatory).
