Job Summary:

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive

Motor Claim Executive

to manage end-to-end motor insurance claims. The role includes coordinating with customers, surveyors, workshops, and regularly visiting insurance company offices for claim follow-ups and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

motor claim intimation

, documentation, and registration with insurance companies. Guide customers through the

claim process

, required documents, and timelines. Coordinate with

surveyors, workshops, and towing agents

for smooth claim processing. Visit

insurance company offices

regularly to follow up on pending claims and provide necessary documents. Maintain records of

claim status

, approvals, settlements, and reimbursements. Communicate claim updates to customers and resolve queries. Ensure compliance with company and insurer claim guidelines.. Work closely with the internal team for fast claim closure and customer satisfaction. Prepare daily and weekly reports on claim progress.
