Prepare and issue work orders for civil construction activities (masonry, concrete, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.).
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and vendors for work execution.
Verify measurements, quantities, and site requirements before preparing work orders.
Maintain and update records of issued work orders, materials used, and work completion.
Monitor progress of assigned civil works and ensure timely completion.
Assist in rate analysis and estimation for work orders.
Ensure work orders comply with company standards and project specifications.
Maintain documentation related to contractor bills, site progress, and materials.
Support the project team in preparing reports and documentation.
Handle communication between procurement, site, and accounts departments for work-related approvals.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
Knowledge of civil construction activities and site processes.
Familiarity with work order preparation and basic estimation.
Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to read drawings and understand measurements (added advantage).
