Conduct site-oriented and real-time project-based training
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assignments
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects
Guide students on career paths, internships, and job readiness
Maintain training records and attendance
Stay updated with latest industry practices and software tools
