Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Civil Trainer to provide instruction and training to students or employees in the field of civil engineering and construction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and industry best practices, as well as experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and implement civil engineering training programs for students, employees, or clients. Deliver lectures, presentations, and hands-on training in various areas of civil engineering such as structural analysis, materials science, construction management, surveying, and environmental engineering. Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessment tools. Monitor and evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Stay up to date with the latest developments in civil engineering practices, regulations, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree ). Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, materials, construction processes, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A commitment to continuous learning and development.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with project management and software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D.
