Job title: Civil teaching faculty

Requirements:

1) Education: Degree/ Diploma in Civil

2) Total Experience: 1 to 5 years

3) Work Location: Work from Office (Nagpur, India)

4) Nature of Job: Permanent /Full time

5) Software knowledge Required: AutoCAD, Revit, Staad Pro.

6) Must have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions/batches in Astral as well as Civil Colleges within Nagpur city.

Maintain a positive and problem-solving attitude while interacting with students.

Candidates must be willing to teach a variety of coursework within the field of Civil.

Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and engage in service activities that align with the organization's mission.

Participate/Appear in professional capacities at seminars/conferences.

Upgrade qualifications as advised to participate in administrative activities related to courses, programs, and institutional matters as assigned.

Maintain student records, including attendance, class plans, and student performance.

Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in their professional growth and portfolio development.

Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum, course materials, and assessments that align with industry standards.
