Job Purpose

To perform accurate land, building, and structural measurements for real estate projects, with a specialization in Mivan shuttering survey checks to ensure precise formwork alignment and dimensional accuracy during construction.

Key Responsibilities

Land & Site Surveys

Conduct topographical, boundary, and contour surveys for new project sites. Mark boundaries, building lines, and reference points per approved site plans.

Construction & Mivan Shuttering Layout

Set out levels, alignments, and coordinates for all structural elements. Perform

Mivan shuttering survey checks

to verify verticality, alignment, and wall positioning before and after fixing. Check grid lines, beam soffits, slab levels, and door/window positions as per structural drawings.

Quality & Accuracy Control

Identify and rectify deviations in shuttering work before concreting. Maintain accurate records of inspection and rework requirements.

Data Collection & Reporting

Maintain detailed logs of survey data, Mivan checking reports, and as-built records. Coordinate with QA/QC, site engineers, and shuttering foremen for approvals.

Equipment Handling

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Surveying (or equivalent).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS survey, and MS Office. Strong understanding of Mivan shuttering systems and high-rise construction tolerances.
