Job Experience: 4 to 6 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards. Maintain accurate records of progress and quality control measures. Utilise the allocated resources like labour, materials, and equipment optimally Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process. Supervise workers to ensure that work is performed to the highest quality, safely, and on time. Submit an indent for construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by a materials shortage. Inspect materials that are delivered on-site to ensure adherence to specifications. Minimize wastage control for all materials at the site.
