Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee site activities at our premium villa project, Sri Vedic Township. The candidate will be responsible for supervising layout works, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project timelines. Experience in villa construction supervision will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per design and standards Monitor layout development and coordinate with contractors/labour teams Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality specifications Manage site resources, materials, and manpower effectively Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and documentation Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for smooth execution Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones Guide and train site workers for effective task completion Communicate regularly with management on project updates

Education Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / Any Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience Required:

5 to 10 years of experience in layout supervision Experience in villa construction supervision will be an added advantage
