Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
Inspect and verify the quality of work and materials used.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Identify and resolve any issues or delays at the site.
Monitor labor attendance and work allocation.
