Leading the Construction Team:

Supervising and motivating workers, ensuring they understand their tasks and work efficiently, and addressing any issues that arise.

Managing Subcontractors:

Coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring they are on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with safety regulations.

Communication:

Facilitating clear and effective communication with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining Records:

Keeping accurate records of project progress, costs, and safety incidents.

Preparing Reports:

Providing regular updates to project managers on project status, including progress, challenges, and achievements.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
